This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, perfect for both work and relaxation. The breakfast provided a good selection and was satisfying.

During my stay, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options provided by the hotel. The staff was responsive to my requests, and I found the room to be clean and comfortable. Another great feature was the charging services offered to customers who wait in the Ground Floor. Furthermore, I was amazed by the stunning view of the city from my 15th-floor room.
For us, the hotel had everything we needed and was ideal.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a contemporary hotel in Lampung. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the clean and comfortable rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing view of the town from my room on the 15th floor. We had a great romantic escape at this hotel! the first thing we noticed was the amazing view from our room. the room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was clean and spacious with complimentary toiletries. the hotel's location was perfect for us, with easy access to great restaurants and shopping.
Our check-in process was a bit slow and disorganized. the staff seemed unprepared and not very knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities.

The hotel is strategically located within walking distance of eating places and cafes. the room was clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. the gym was functional and even provided shoes.
The staff at the counter lacked a warm and friendly manner and were transactional in their approach.
